We also process personal data in connection with our obligation to issue a tax document and the necessity of archiving the relevant documents. • You do not need to create a user account in our e-shop to purchase the products offered. However, creating a user account in our e-shop will greatly facilitate your further purchases. When making another purchase, you will not have to re-enter your personal data required to process your order, which are specified in the first paragraph (if you filled in this data during registration). By creating a user account, you also become part of our loyalty discount program and you can monitor the current amount of your discount, as well as your previous orders, in your user account after logging in. If you decide to create a user account, the legal basis for processing personal data is the performance of the contract, or rather, the implementation of measures prior to the conclusion of such a contract. In the event of any change to your personal data, please update them in your user account so that the ordered goods actually reach you.
  • We therefore process your personal data on the following legal basis:
  • - fulfillment of contractual obligations arising from a concluded contract and/or implementation of measures prior to the conclusion of the contract;

  • - legitimate interest in sending commercial communications and newsletters (if you have previously purchased goods from us), protecting our legal claims and assessing satisfaction with purchases in our e-shop, improving our offers and optimizing the e-shop's web presentation.
  • We process your personal data for the purposes specified in the provisions of paragraph 3. letters a. - b. of this article to the following extent:
  • - Identification data (name, surname, date of birth, and possibly ID number and VAT number);
  • - Contact details (delivery address, telephone number, email address);
  • - Payment details (bank account number when identifying your payment).
  • We process your personal data for the purposes specified in the provisions of paragraph 3. letter c. of this article to the extent of the e-mail address for sending commercial communications, data on purchased goods, type of device used, IP address, operating system, your browser and information about browsing individual pages on our e-shop website; for the purposes of protecting our rights (collecting any receivables), your identification data and address may be used.
  • Your personal data will be processed for a period of 10 years from the date of ordering the relevant goods in our e-shop to ensure the fulfillment of contractual obligations (in particular, handling any complaints and exercising claims under the contract). We archive tax documents with your personal data in accordance with the Value Added Tax Act for a period of 10 years.
  • For the purpose of fulfilling the contract, we will provide your personal data that you have provided to us to the company providing the delivery of the goods, if you choose to have the goods delivered by a transport company in your order, or to entities providing the payment method you have chosen for the ordered goods. 1. What rights do you have in relation to your personal data?
  • Under the conditions set out in generally binding legal regulations, you have the right to access your personal data (i.e. the right to obtain information from us about whether we are processing your personal data, and if so, what data it is and how it is processed). We provide you with this information through this notice.
  • You have the right to correct inaccurate personal data. If you find that your personal data that we process does not correspond to reality (e.g. a distortion of your name, a change in your address), you have the right to request that we correct or supplement the relevant personal data. • - you have objected to the processing and in other cases stipulated by the relevant generally binding legal regulations.
  • You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data based on our legitimate interest and the right to data portability in cases provided for by generally binding legal regulations. You also have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority, which in the Czech Republic is the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz), if you believe that the processing of your personal data is in violation of legal regulations. In case of any doubts or questions regarding our processing of your personal data, you can contact us at any time using the contacts listed above.
  • We need the required personal data specified in the provisions of Article II. paragraph 4. above from you to fulfill the contract and process your order in the e-shop. Of course, you are not obliged to provide us with your personal data, but without providing the necessary personal data, it is not possible to conclude a purchase contract with us and order the desired product (we would not know where to send the product, we or the delivery company would not be able to contact you in connection with delivery, etc.).
